1. Information we collect
When you create an account we collect your first name, last name, email address, phone number (optional), and selected role. Home searchers also provide a desired location, preferred contact method, optional notes about their move, and a self-stated indication of whether they are active-duty military, a veteran, or a first responder.
2. How we use your information
We use your information to match home searchers with agents covering their desired location, to deliver notifications about your match, to operate role-based dashboards, and to administer drawings and promotions you opt in to.
3. Who sees your information
A home searcher's name, contact details, location, and notes are visible to the assigned agent and to the broker who supervises that agent. Agent profiles (brokerage name, website, short bio) are visible to authenticated users matched with that agent. Administrators may access account records to operate the platform.
4. International access
The Service is designed to be accessible to military members stationed overseas. We do not geo-block the registration flow.
5. Data security
We use industry-standard authentication, encrypted transport (HTTPS), and row-level security on the database so that each user can only access the records permitted by their role.
6. Data retention
We retain account and lead data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us.
7. Your choices
You may update your profile information at any time from your dashboard. You may unsubscribe from non-essential notifications. Essential operational notifications (such as agent-match confirmation) may continue to be delivered while your account is active.
8. Cookies and local storage
We use local storage to keep your session active between visits and to remember the referring agent (when you arrived via an agent referral link). We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above when we do.
