Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using the Best Bragg Leasing & Management referral platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
2. Who we are
The Service is operated by Best Bragg Leasing & Management ("we", "us"). The Service connects home searchers with vetted real-estate agents and brokers in eligible locations.
3. Account eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Roles
Accounts are created as one of: Home Searcher, Agent, Broker, or Admin. Some features are restricted by role. Self-promotion to administrator roles is not permitted and attempts to do so will result in account suspension.
5. Referrals and matches
Matches between home searchers and agents are made on a best-effort basis using the searcher's selected location and the agents currently covering that area. We make no guarantee that a match will result in a transaction, listing, or any commercial outcome.
6. Military / first-responder offers
Eligibility for any drawing, credit, or promotion offered to military members, veterans, or first responders is self-stated at registration. We reserve the right to request reasonable verification before issuing any award.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) impersonate any person; (b) submit false or misleading information; (c) attempt to bypass access controls; (d) scrape, harvest, or resell data from the Service; or (e) use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that harms other users.
9. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not a party to any real-estate transaction between users and disclaim all liability for the conduct of agents, brokers, or searchers introduced through the platform.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
